A ceasefire "will not convince" Northerns to return home!

"Despite the reports of a possible deal that will stop the fire in the north as well, there is no sign of an imminent return of the residents”, according to a report in News 12. 

 According to the data, "almost half of the residents of Kiryat Shmona (43%) are considering not returning to their homes. 13% definitely do not intend to return to the city in the Upper Galilee."
