In a tweet he posted and which referred to the freezing of the State Comptroller's review of the IDF and Shin Bet, Netanyahu Jr. wondered whether the security establishment was trying to hide something. "What are they trying to hide? If there was no betrayal, why are they so afraid of inspection by external and independent parties?", he claimed. He also added that to date no answer has been received as to why we did not inform the Prime Minister about the conversation the night before the massacre. "Why didn't we update him on the material discovered in the intelligence report? Why did the army and intelligence chiefs keep claiming that Hamas was deterred? Where was the air force?" he wrote.
