Gantz to leave the cabinet?

The head of the National Camp, and the Minister in the War Cabinet, Benny Gantz, is on his way out of the government. His exit is expected to be announced tomorrow, Saturday, in line with the deadline he set three weeks ago during his press conference. This comes against the backdrop of the absence of progress in the deal for the abductees, and Hamas’s rejection of the proposal presented to it, which confirms that the movement is not seeking to reach a deal. The other reason for the scheduled political divorce stems from the postponement of decisions on the Northern Front. However, pressure is mounting on Gantz to remain in government while negotiations to reach an agreement are still ongoing.
